Do the lamps and fans rotate or have adjustable angles?
Yes, many of our models feature 360° rotation or adjustable angles, so you can direct the airflow or light exactly where you need it.

How do I clean and maintain my fan or lamp?
For fans, regularly clean the blades and vents using a soft cloth or brush. For lamps, use a dry microfiber cloth to wipe the surface. Always unplug electronic devices before cleaning.
What if my product arrives damaged or isn’t working properly?
We’re here to help! Contact our customer support within 5 days of delivery, and we’ll provide a replacement or solution to fix the issue.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary based on location, but most orders are delivered within 5-15 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.

Where is my order?
Once our fulfillment team has packed and shipped your order, you should receive an email confirmation with tracking.
If you haven't received a shipping confirmation within 2 business days of placing your order feel free to shoot us an email.
Where are you guys located?
Aerion is based in Surat, Gujarat. We proudly ship all our orders from Gujarat.
How long does it take to get my products?
Most orders from Aerion Tech are delivered within 5-15 business days, depending on your location. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery status. If you experience any delays, feel free to contact our customer support team for assistance!
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on all orders.
For express shipping, we have a rate of 49 rupees only.
Tracking says delivered. What do I do?
If your order status says "Delivered" but you haven't received it yet, here’s what you can do:
- Check Nearby Places – Look around your main gate, mailbox, porch, or with security guards. Sometimes, delivery agents leave packages in unexpected spots.
- Ask Around – If you live in an apartment or gated society, check with your neighbors, building reception, or the society office.
- Wait a Bit – Occasionally, couriers mark packages as delivered before they actually arrive. Please wait up to 2 business days to see if the package arrives later.
If your package is still missing, reach out to us via email with your order details, and our support team will assist you as soon as possible!

I have an issue with my order, what can I do?
If something isn’t right with your order, don’t worry! Our team is ready to assist you quickly. Please contact us with details of the issue, and to speed up the resolution, we kindly ask you to include photos so we can better understand and resolve the problem.
I need to cancel or change my order!
We understand that mistakes happen! If you need to cancel or modify your order, please reach out to us immediately by sending an email with the subject line "CHANGE" or "CANCEL" or by messaging us directly through our website inbox.
- If your order has not been fulfilled, we’ll do our best to process the cancellation or change before it ships.
- If your order has already been fulfilled, it will need to be returned to us by following our return process.
Since we aim to process and ship orders quickly, we cannot guarantee changes once an order is placed, so please select your items carefully.
Can I exchange my order for a different product?
Changed your mind or need a different model? No worries! You can exchange your item for another design or size, as long as it is returned within 30 days.
Free exchanges on all eligible orders
Items must be unused and unopened in their original packaging to qualify for an exchange. Any exclusions will be mentioned on the product page or at checkout.
If you’d like to proceed with an exchange, simply contact our support team, and we’ll guide you through the process!
How soon will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notification confirming its arrival. We’ll also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected based on our return policy.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 15 working days.
- If rejected, we’ll provide details on why the return didn’t meet our eligibility criteria.
